The city consists of buildings, streets, images, animals, plants and people. It is where we experience life, work, and interaction. People work hard to overlook the city from above the city, in the sun and fresh air. For business transactions on the ground, rapid circulation, parking vehicles, storage of goods, and for the search for rest. On the other hand, under the ground, all the owners of the underground facilities fight for the maintenance and repair of their facilities. The needs and aspirations of people, as well as the idea of a better city life, have enabled the city to develop from its original condition over many generations. Of particular interest is the idea of Monsieur Henard in 1900. At the time of technological innovation and the hope of increasing welfare through the emergence of new machines, he believed that by the end of this century, the city had been built.
