为探讨早期诊断拟除虫菊酯农药中毒的客观指标,合理使用农药,采用丹麦产DIS-A1500型肌电仪和军事医学科学院实验仪器厂研制的智能化电刺激器测定了20名健康男性喷洒不同品种拟除虫菊酯农药前、后的超常期、超常期持续时间,其差别有显著性。其中溴氰菊酯组、溴氰菊酯+甲胺磷组喷药后超常期持续时间显著延长;氰戊菊酯组显著缩短,而氰戊菊酯+甲胺磷组的差别无显著性。作者认为,氰戊菊酯与溴氰菊酯通过的途径相同,产生的作用则相反。测定超常期的持续时间可作为早期诊断拟除虫菊酯农药中毒的指标之一。氰戊菊酯+甲胺磷混合使用,其毒性有拮抗作用,建议用此法喷药。
