自1994年开展创建“全国科技工作先进县(市)”活动以来,滨州全区六县一市相继跨入全国先进行列,全区基本形成了全社会大办科技的氛围,科技服务经济的整体功能得到加强。但对照“全国科技工作先进县”的标准和要求,在某些方面还存在着不容忽视的问题。为巩固提高全国科技工作先进县的成绩,更好地发挥科技第一生产力的作用,要进一步落实以下几项措施。
