经济发展越来越快,传统的生产管理、销售管理、供应商管理等理论已不能适应对管理要求越来越高的现代企业经营[1]。供应链管理与价值链管理理论的出现有效解决了这一问题,特别是成本控制成为企业盈利前提的经济大环境下,它们对企业物资采购管理的指导作用更是无可替代。尤其是供应链管理,对电力这种资源能源密集型企业成本控制的意义更是非同一般。
The economic development is getting faster and faster. The traditional theories of production management, sales management and supplier management can no longer meet the requirements of modern enterprise management, which requires higher and higher management. The emergence of supply chain management and value chain management theory has effectively solved this problem. Especially under the economic environment in which cost control becomes the prerequisite for profitability of enterprises, they are irreplaceable to the guiding role of enterprise material procurement management. Especially supply chain management, the significance of controlling the cost of energy-intensive enterprises such as power resources is even more unusual.
