新生儿淋病多为出生时经母体产道感染所致,临床上少见,但应引起重视。现将笔者所见20例报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 (见附表) 1.2 临床表现本组17例淋球菌性结膜炎,均表现为双眼睑红肿,结合膜充血,有大量脓性分泌物溢出,患儿啼哭、烦躁不安。3例淋球菌性外阴炎,阴道溢出大量粘稠脓性分泌物,但无尿频,无啼哭不安。体征为外阴轻度红肿,阴道口有较多的黄白色粘稠分泌物。眼、阴道分泌物镜检及淋球菌培养均阳性。
