关于柱状上皮覆盖食管的病例,自从1950年Barrett报告以来,国外已有不少报导,但在日本仍属罕见,本文报导两例,例一为80岁女性,主诉嗳气两个月。缘自两个月前饭后时常嗳气,逐渐加重,入院时呕吐及胸骨后不适。营养稍差,轻度贫血。食管X线检查发现中段食管的下部狭窄,在狭窄部的口侧及肛门侧可见压榨样食管蠕动,狭窄下方有轻度滑脱型裂孔疝。食管镜及病理活检证实:从中段食管下部狭窄处的下方
Regarding the case of columnar epithelium covering the esophagus, there have been many reports abroad since the Barrett report in 1950 but it is still rare in Japan. This article reports two cases. One example is an 80-year-old woman who complains about two months. Since two months ago often foul gas after dinner, and gradually increased, vomiting and chest discomfort on admission. Slightly less nutritious, mild anemia. Esophageal X-ray examination found that the lower part of the middle of the esophagus stenosis in the stenosis part of the mouth and anal side can be seen squeeze-like esophageal peristalsis, stricture below the mild sliding type hernia. Esophagoscopy and biopsy confirmed: from the lower part of the lower esophageal stenosis
