医院综合档案是医院各项工作记录汇总入册的统称,它是医院历史、发展、各项事务的见证,是医院管理工作的重要组成部分,同时也是医院文化建设的体现。做好医院综合档案管理,建立完善的档案信息系统,能够为医院各项工作的溯源和开展提供真实有效的原始依据,以更好指导医院各项工作的开展。本文指出了医院综合档案管理的重要性,并论述了如何提高综合档案管理效力,以更好促进医院的健康发展。
It is the witness of the hospital’s history, development and all kinds of affairs. It is an important part of hospital management and an embodiment of the hospital’s cultural construction. Do a good job in the hospital comprehensive archives management, establish and improve the file information system, can provide a true and effective original basis for the traceability and development of the hospital work, to better guide the hospital to carry out the work. This paper points out the importance of hospital comprehensive archives management and discusses how to improve the effectiveness of integrated archives management to better promote the healthy development of the hospital.
