目的对中药麦冬及植株不同部位的红外光谱特性进行研究。方法采用溴化钾压片法和傅里叶变换红外光谱法对麦冬的块根、须根、叶片不同部位进行红外光谱及二阶导数光谱进行研究。结果麦冬不同部位的红外图谱基本相似,在3368,2930,1740,1650,1420,1380,1131,1240,1027cm-1等位置存在特征吸收峰,主要成分为多糖、黄酮和皂苷。麦冬块根、须根、叶片的不同部位的红外光谱信息引起化学成分的不同存在一定的差异性。结论麦冬的不同部位的红外光谱各有特征,该方法绿色、快捷、前处理简单,可用于麦冬质量控制或鉴别。
Objective To study the infrared spectra of Radix Ophiopogonis and different parts of the plant. Methods Radix and second derivative spectra of Radix Ophiopogonis in different parts of Radix Ophiopogonis were studied by potassium bromide tabletting and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the different parts of Ophiopogon japonicus had similar infrared spectra, and the characteristic absorption peaks were at 3368, 2930, 1740, 1650, 1420, 1380, 1131, 1240 and 1027 cm-1. The main components were polysaccharides, flavonoids and saponins. Ophiopogon japonicus roots, fibrous roots, leaves of different parts of the infrared spectral information caused by the chemical composition of the difference there is a certain difference. Conclusion The IR spectra of different parts of Ophiopogon japonicus have their own characteristics. The method is green, fast and simple in pre-treatment. It can be used for the quality control or identification of Ophiopogon japonicus.
