大学档案是对学校历史的真实记录,也是今后各项工作开展的有效凭证,档案管理是示范性、规范化的老年大学管理工作的重要组成部分。本文主要从老年大学档案管理的认识出发,并按照我国省市老年大学协会的相关评估细则和规范要求,对老年大学的档案管理工作做了具体的归纳并提出了几点注意事项,为今后的老年大学管理工作提供一些理论参考。
University archives is a true record of school history and is also a valid voucher for all future work. Archives management is an important part of the management of an exemplary and standardized elder university. Based on the cognition of senior citizen archives management and in accordance with the relevant assessment rules and regulations of the Association of Senior Citizens of Provinces and Cities in our country, this paper summarizes the archives management of senior university and puts forward some considerations for the future Elder University Management to provide some theoretical reference.
