本文旨在探讨如何正确表示工厂或矿山的生产性粉尘中平均游离二氧化硅含量。利用X线衍射法或焦磷酸法进行游离二氧化硅含量的测定。调查结果表明:厂矿中浮游尘及沉积尘样品的游离二氧化硅含量接近,而原料尘中含量明显增高,具有显著差异。此外,还介绍了如何选择厂矿的粉尘采样点以正确表示其平均游离二氧化硅含量。
The purpose of this paper is to explore how to correctly represent the average free silica content in the productive dust of a mill or mine. Determination of Free Silica Content by X-Ray Diffraction or Pyrophosphoric Acid Method. The investigation results show that the content of free silica in the samples of floating dust and sediment in factories and mines is similar, but the content of raw dust is obviously increased, with significant differences. In addition, it shows how to choose the dust sampling points of factories and mines to correctly represent the average free silica content.
