经常因柴油机气门座,配合面的早期磨损而造成气门下沉。为解决此问题,本文介绍了一种新研制的 YE-10烧结合金气门座。这种气门座有良好的耐磨性、抗高温氧化性、自润滑性和切削加工性,其性能优于 CuCrMo 合金铸铁气门座,耐磨性可与英国里卡多柴油机的气门座相匹敌。阐明了气门座材料合金元素的选择、气门座的制造工艺及其与 CuCrMo 合金铸铁气门座的性能对比试验,并对新型气门座的耐磨机理进行了分析。
Often due to diesel valve seat, with the surface of the early wear and tear caused by valve sinking. To solve this problem, this paper introduces a newly developed YE-10 sintered alloy valve seat. This valve seat has good wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, self-lubricating and cutting machinability, its performance is superior to CuCrMo alloy cast iron valve seat, wear resistance and British Ricardo diesel valve seat rival. The selection of alloying elements of valve seat material, the manufacturing process of valve seat and its performance comparison with that of CuCrMo alloy cast iron valve seat were clarified, and the wear resistance mechanism of the new valve seat was analyzed.
