我国纺织品服装一直是国外进行贸易保护的主要目标之一,1995年以来国外对华纺织品服装采取的各种贸易保护措施(保障措施、反倾销、特保)案件数有上升趋势(图1)。
China’s textile and apparel has always been one of the major targets for foreign trade protection. Since 1995, the number of various trade protection measures (safeguards, anti-dumping and special safeguard) adopted by foreign textile and apparel products in China has been on the rise (Figure 1).
