我县在深入开展法制宣传教育,全方位、多层次推进依法治理的同时,突出农村基层减轻农民负担和财务治理这个重点,取得了依法治县工作的初步成效。据统计,全县取消涉农收费项目43个,减轻农民负担760多万元,降低收费标准5项。减少农民负担112.6万元。全县321个管理区已清理整顿财务的290多个,使农村财务管理逐步走向规范化、制度化。
While carrying out the publicity and education on legal system in depth, the county has made all-round and multi-level promotion of governing according to law. At the same time, it emphasized the focal point of alleviating the burden of peasants and financial management in rural grass-roots units and achieved initial results in the work of governing counties in accordance with the law. According to statistics, the county abolished 43 agriculture-related fee collection projects, alleviating the peasants’ burden by more than 7.6 million yuan and lowering the fees of 5 items. Reduce the peasant burden 1126000 yuan. The county’s 321 management areas have been cleaned up more than 290 financial consolidation, so that rural financial management gradually standardized and institutionalized.
