1992年1月～1995年12月我院采用复方丹参注射液与脑活素治疗婴儿急性脑偏瘫23例,疗效较为满意,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组23例,男10例,女13例,年龄均为3个月内婴儿。新生儿窒息11例,新生儿黄疸4例,高热、抽搐4例,败血症1例,颅内出血3例。 1.2 临床表现:均有双下肢活动障碍,肌张力增强或减弱,其中9例伴有不同程度的颈硬及双眼凝视。 1.3 治疗疗法:在针对原发病支持疗法及对症治疗的基
