为明确甲哌鎓对棉花酚酸类次生代谢产物的影响,采用盆栽法室内测定甲哌鎓处理后棉花叶片木质素、总酚、单宁、黄酮含量的变化。结果表明,不同剂量甲哌处理棉花,棉花叶片中次生代谢产物含量发生不同程度变化,均高于对照,且不同剂量处理的次生代谢产物含量最高值出现时间不同;4.5 g/hm~2甲哌诱导棉花合成次生代谢产物效果优于其他处理组;其中,15 g/hm~2甲哌鎓处理组的木质素含量在处理后5 d达到最大值,比对照高1.9倍;4.5 g/hm~2甲哌处理组的总酚含量在处理后3 d达到最大值,比对照高116.3倍;4.5 g/hm~2甲哌处理的单宁含量在处理后7 d达到最大值,比对照高7倍;4.5 g/hm~2甲哌处理的黄酮含量在处理后7 d达到最大值,比对照高6.3倍。说明甲哌鎓处理棉花后,能够诱导棉花合成次生代谢产物,进而增加棉花抗逆能力。
In order to clarify the effect of mepiquat on the secondary metabolites of cotton phenolic acids, the content of lignin, total phenols, tannin and flavonoids in cotton leaves were determined by pot culture method. The results showed that the contents of secondary metabolites in cotton leaves and cotton leaves with different doses of mepa had different changes, which were higher than those in the control, and the highest values of the secondary metabolites in different doses occurred at different times. The results showed that meperonium treatment of cotton, cotton can induce secondary metabolites, thereby increasing cotton resilience.
