选用5个水稻品种,按Griffing方法2进行杂交设计,以其F2代为材料分析穗型构成性状的遗传特性,结果表明.水稻穗型构成性状主要是由基因的加性效应决定的;无论是某一性状的不同品种间,还是同一品种的不同性状的一般配合力相对效应值都不同,穗型构成性状的一般配合力效应值与亲本表现呈显著的正向相关;穗型构成性状的广义遗传力和狭义遗传力都很高,遗传变异系数也大,预期遗传进度很高,在一定选择压力下,通过选择穗长、一、二次枝梗数、穗粒数、穗粒重等性状,改良水稻穗粒结构是完全可能的。
