[病例185] 患者63岁,女,初诊于1976年5月16日。病历;初诊后服药3年半,改换了各种处方才痊愈。初诊前1年的4月8日由于大吐血而被用救护车送到医院。当时的血压最高才30,以后健康逐渐恢复,检查结果有胃癌嫌疑而将胃切除三分之一。此时脾肿而将其全部用手术摘除。那时还患肝硬化,住院3个月后出院。
[Case 185] The patient was 63 years old and she was newly diagnosed on May 16, 1976. Medical records; three and a half years after the initial diagnosis, he changed his prescriptions before he recovered. On April 8 of the year before the first visit, he was taken to the hospital by ambulance because of vomiting blood. At that time, the highest blood pressure was only 30, after the health gradually recovered, the test results are suspected of gastric cancer and a one-third of the stomach. At this point the spleen was removed by surgery. He also suffered from cirrhosis and he was discharged after hospitalization for 3 months.
