莲花水电站大坝钢筋混凝土面板于1995年10月下旬进行B24(宽14m)、B21(宽7m)两试验块的滑模施工,取得了在低温季节、寒潮频临情况下的面板施工和养护保温的初步经验。1996年4月17日开始滑模施工至1997年6月13日结束,共完成一、二、三期面板滑模185块。成型后的面板混凝土外观表面均匀平整、无波浪状,无蜂窝麻面,混凝土密实。现场检验混凝土抗压强度保证率和均质指标达到优良标准,抗渗、抗冻标号达到设计标准,滑模施工工艺及各道工序均按规范和设计技术要求进行,经检查验收都达到了合格标准,优良率在85%以上。
