我们先从体育的课程特点上谈谈渗透德育的独特意义。体育课与其他许多学科有一个十分明显的区别,即它是一门以实践为主的课程。体育课虽然也进行体育基础知识教学,但绝大多数的时间则用于实践教学,也就是说它更是一门让学生身体力行的学科,其他大多数学科都没有这样强的实践性。也正是由于这是一门实践性很强的课程,所以它也是一个“暴露性”很强的课程,这也是体育课独具的。所谓暴露性,主要有两方面的含义。第一个,学生多数时间要把自己暴露在自然环境中进行实践,几乎没有哪门课能像体育课这样长时间地在户外进行教学,也没有哪门课能像体育课这样,要求学生去适应阴晴冷暖,去面对风吹日晒,去适应自然界的寒暑变化。这种培养和提高对自然环境适应能力的要求,除了能锻炼学生的身体素质外,还能够在一定程度上磨练学生的意志品质,这是很明显的。比如在寒冷的冬季进行体育活动,有的学生懒得伸手,不是由于身体
