本文系在 Kenneth Kaplan 和 B.W.Wilson 移动风区深水波浪推算方法的基础上加以综合、改进,提出的一种建议的推算方法。文中指出,推算点最大风浪是由以推算点最大波高方向为中心的左右30°的扇形范围内的、对推算点最大波高有效的诸时程强风所造成的。定义时程方位线系以推算点为起点、通过时程大风内右半圈的方位线。于各时程地面天气图上,将大风分级划为三圈,时程方位线与其交点分别作为相应风级的控制点。风速取为大风的平均风速,风向取为控制点处等压线切线方向。各控制点在时程方位线上的风速分量,构成时程线风区。定义最佳方位线为推算点最大波高的方向,或为估定的推算点出现最大波高的方向。以最佳方位线为计算坐标,将诸时程线风速加以修正(换算),并称其总体为扇面线风速,以此作为绘制移动风系时空风场图的依据。文中以1972年3号台风为例,对大连老虎滩深水最大风浪予以推算,经验证比较满意。
This paper is based on Kenneth Kaplan and B.W. Wilson moving wind area deepwater wave estimation method based on the synthesis, improvement, proposed a proposed method of calculation. The wind speed component of each control point in the time-course direction line forms the time-lapse wind area. Define the best azimuth line as the direction of the maximum wave height of the estimated point or the direction of the maximum wave height for the estimated point of estimation. Taking the best azimuth line as the coordinate of calculation, the wind speeds of the time-history lines are corrected (converted), and the overall wind speed of the fan-line is taken as the basis for plotting the space-time wind field of the moving wind system. In this paper, Typhoon No. 3 in 1972 is taken as an example to calculate the maximum storm wave in the deep water of Laotang Beach in Dalian. The result is quite satisfactory.
