补中益气汤是金元时代李东垣《脾胃论》中的方剂。方中黄芪、党参,甘温补中益气为主药;辅以白术、炙甘草健脾和中;当归补血;陈皮行气,使补而不滞;升麻、柴胡升举下陷之清阳。诸药合用,有调补脾胃,升阳益气的作用。本方应用范围很广,笔者用以治疗多种病证均获较好的效果,现选录数则报道于后。
Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is a prescription in the “Spleen and Stomach Theory” of Li Dongxuan in the Jinyuan era.
