采用共沉淀法制备镁铝类水滑石,通过焙烧得到NSR(NOXstorage-reduction)催化剂载体,并用XRD、TG-DTA对样品进行表征,考察Mg/Al原子比、水浴温度和水浴时间对水滑石性能的影响。结果表明:当Mg/Al原子比为2:1和3:1时均能制备出结晶度好,晶相较单一,晶型结构完整的镁铝类水滑石;水浴温度为50~90℃,水浴时间为6~10h时均能制备出结晶度较好的镁铝水滑石;镁铝类水滑石的化学分解温度为443℃;样品经500℃焙烧后,Mg/Al原子比为3:1时,MgO的结晶度最好。
