促红细胞生成素(EPO)主要由肾皮质和外髓质的肾小管周围细胞产生,胎儿肝脏也是产生EPO的主要器官。红细胞增多症是肝细胞癌(HCC)最常见的并发症之一,发生率3%~12%,其原因认为与癌细胞产生EPO有关,但一直未被证明,作者为此进行了研究。 3例男性HCC,2例经活检、1例经尸检证实诊断。检查项目包括外周血像、动脉血气分析、骨髓穿刺、红细胞容积、肝功以及血浆EPO、血清AFP测定。肝组织切片除常规光镜及电镜检查外,同时采用VectastatinABC套具(kit)进行光镜免疫组化检查及电镜免疫组化检查。3例慢性活动性丙型肝炎和4例血浆
Erythropoietin (EPO) is mainly produced by the peripheral cells of the renal cortex and outer medulla, and the fetal liver is also the main organ for the production of EPO. Pyelocytosis is one of the most common complications of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), with an incidence of 3% to 12%. The reason is believed to be related to the production of EPO by cancer cells, but it has not been proved. The authors have studied this. Three cases of male HCC, 2 cases of biopsy, 1 case confirmed by autopsy. The examination items included peripheral blood, arterial blood gas analysis, bone marrow biopsy, red blood cell volume, liver function, and determination of plasma EPO and serum AFP.
