主要解决的是反映实际结构的ZF7200型放顶煤液压支架的三维建模及受力分析,依据国内制定的最新有关液压支架的试验标准,选取了ZF7200型放顶煤液压支架整架分析的多种危险工况之下的其中一种进行计算机模拟仿真。通过对该架模拟仿真,不仅得出整个ZF7200型放顶煤液压支架的应力和变形分布,而且得出重要结构件的应力分布和模拟状况。为ZF7200型放顶煤液压支架的设计提供理论依据。
