为了保证内燃机车曲轴的质量与力学性能,分析了低压铸造在克服铸件缩松方面的优势,对曲轴的低压铸造工艺进行了研究,为提高铸件的整体水平打下基础。
In order to ensure the quality and mechanical performance of crankshaft of diesel locomotive, the advantages of low pressure casting in overcoming shrinkage of castings were analyzed. The low pressure casting process of crankshaft was studied, which laid the foundation for improving the overall quality of castings.
