为落实党的十七届六中全会精神,推进我国文化产业又好又快发展,需要我们充分提高文化自觉。我国对文化产业的关注始于20世纪末,2011年党的十七届六中全会出台的《决定》标志着对文化产业的认识提高到了一个新高度。发展文化产业是满足人民多样化、多层次精神文化需求的重要途径,是实现全面协调可持续科学发展的着力点,也是增强国家文化软实力的重要手段。发展文化产业的主要任务是,构建现代化文化产业体系;形成公有制为主体、多种所有制共同发展的文化产业格局;推进文化科技创新;扩大文化消费。
In order to implement the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and promote the sound and rapid development of China’s cultural industry, we need to fully raise our cultural awareness. Our country’s attention to the cultural industry started at the end of the 20th century. The “Decision” promulgated by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee in 2011 marked a new height in our understanding of the cultural industry. The development of cultural industries is an important way to meet the diversified and multi-level spiritual and cultural needs of the people. It is also the focal point for achieving overall, coordinated and sustainable scientific development as well as an important means of enhancing the country’s cultural soft power. The main task of developing cultural industries is to construct a modern cultural industry system; to form a cultural industry pattern with public ownership as the mainstay and common ownership of various ownership systems; to promote cultural and technological innovation; and to expand cultural consumption.
