随着科技时代的到来,市场规模不断扩大,各行各业之间的竞争越来越激烈。各个行业之间,为了抢占市场份额,提升自身的竞争力,不断地引进人才,培养人才。因此,人力资源管理就成为了当今企业管理中非常重要的一个部分。但是,从现阶段我国企业人力资源管理的现状来看,在实际的人力管理工作中存在着较多的问题和缺陷,因此,笔者首先对现阶段我国企业人力资源管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上,提出了提升人力资源管理水平的有效策略,以期能为我国企业今后人力资源管理水平的提升提供助力。
