我国农村义务教育阶段部分教科书实行循环使用,对促进我国社会和教育的发展是必要的。由于教科书循环使用制度在我国才刚刚开始,而国外特别是美国、德国、澳大利亚、巴西四国在这方面有相对比较成熟的经验,因此,借鉴这四国的教科书循环使用的经验,对于建立适合我国国情的教科书循环使用制度和改变考试评价制度等方面都有重要启示。
The implementation of recycling of some textbooks in rural compulsory education in our country is necessary to promote the development of our society and education.
