[目的]探讨两种结核菌素反应强度是否存在差异。[方法]用两个不同厂商生产的结核菌素对新入学大学生进行分组试验,对结核菌素试验结果进行分析。[结果]结核菌素反应强度5~9 mm者,A组阳性率13.72%,B组阳性率14.26%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且男生间及女生间均无差异。结核菌素反应强度10~14 mm者,A组阳性率11.61%,B组阳性率11.42%,两组间差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05),且男生间及女生间均无差异。结核菌素反应强度15~19 mm者,A组阳性率7.01%,B组阳性率3.50%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且男生间及女生间差异均有统计学意义。结核菌素反应强度≥20 mm者,A组阳性率7.71%,B组阳性率3.76%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且男生间及女生间差异均有统计学意义。A组结核菌素试验总体阳性率为40.05%,B组结核菌素试验总体阳性率为32.94%,两组之间阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]不同结核菌素产品间存在差异,在使用中要选择质量可靠的产品。同一地区最好选择一个供应商,连续多年的数据才有可比性,更能准确的反映出自然感染的变化情况。
[Objective] To investigate whether there is difference between two tuberculin reaction intensities. [Method] The newly admitted college students were divided into groups by using tuberculin produced by two different manufacturers, and the results of tuberculin test were analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of tuberculin in patients with 5-9 mm of tuberculin was 13.72% in group A and 14.26% in group B, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between boys and girls difference. The tuberculin reaction intensity was 10 ~ 14 mm, the positive rate was 11.61% in group A, and the positive rate in group B was 11.42%. There was also no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no difference between boys and girls. Tuberculin reaction intensity 15 ~ 19 mm, the positive rate of 7.01% in group A, the positive rate of group B 3.50%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01), and male and female differences were statistically significance. Tuberculin reaction intensity ≥ 20 mm, the positive rate of group A 7.71%, group B positive rate of 3.76%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01), and male and female differences were statistically significant . The overall positive rate of tuberculin test in group A was 40.05%, while the positive rate of tuberculin test in group B was 32.94%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). [Conclusion] There are differences between different tuberculin products, in the use of quality and reliable products to choose. The same area is best to choose a supplier, data for many years only comparability, more accurately reflect the natural infection changes.
