燃料炉从炉尾排出的烟气温度高达600~1100℃,其热损失通常为30~50%。对此大量的高温余热资源如何经济有效地加以利用,已是工业炉节能的主要方向,也是企业提高能源利用率,解决企业能源供需矛盾,降低生产成本,提高经济效益的有效途径。几年来我们对这一问题已有了共识,在利用烟气余热方面做了大量的工作,想了不少办法,比如设计了各种类型的空气予热器,把烟气用来予热助燃空气、还有用烟气余热直接予热工
