如何使企业摆脱困境、走出低谷,是令不少经营管理者和决策者大伤脑筋的事情,也是社会关注的热门话题。纵观国外诸多企业虽身处逆境,却能够锲而不舍、审时度势、大胆改革、开拓创新、乐观敬业。他山之石,可以攻玉。愿我们的困境企业能结合我国国情和自身特点,从国外企业起死回生的经历中有所借鉴和启示,从而早日扭亏为盈、东山再起、重振雄风。
How to get the enterprises out of their predicament and get out of the doldrums is a big headache for many managers and decision makers. It is also a hot topic of concern to the community. Looking at many foreign enterprises while in an adverse situation, they can persevere, assess the situation, bold reform, innovation, optimism and dedication. Stones from other hills, can learn. We hope our plight enterprises can learn from the experience of the revival of foreign enterprises in light of China’s national conditions and their own characteristics so as to make an early return to profitability and revive the glory.
