磷酸肌醇特异性磷脂酶C(phosphoinositide-specificphospholipaseC,PI-PLC)是磷酸肌醇信号转导途径中的一个关键酶。
Phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC) is a key enzyme in phosphoinositide signal transduction pathway. In mammals, a total of 12 PI-PLC isozymes have been identified, which are classified into five major groups according to their different structures and regulatory mechanisms: β, γ, δ, ε and ζ. Different subtypes of the structure, regulation and distribution of tissues vary. PI-PLC in the regulation of cell signaling pathways in the characteristics of the middle ear cholesteatoma tissue formation plays a role. This review summarizes the structures, regulatory mechanisms and abnormal expression of the five subtypes of PI-PLC family in cholesteatoma, and further explores the possible mechanism of PI-PLCγ1 signal transduction in cholesteatoma Specific role.
