用阀门调节流量是常规的流量控制方法,但是,为了达到降低能量消耗的目的,可以改变原动机转速的办法来代替它。由于现代电子式转速控制装置的发展,使这种方式不仅适用于大型泵,而且也可应用于中、小型泵,对于这一类转速变化范围很宽的泵,通常要求能预测它的性能。本文导出了回流损失的计算公式,提出了一个新的泵性能的换算方法。在额定转速下,由泵性能试验确定各种损失,然后换算出其它转速下的各种损失。性能试验是在三种不同比转速的泵上进行的,并与计算值作了比较。
Regulating the flow with a valve is a common method of flow control, however, in order to reduce the energy consumption, it is possible to change the speed of the prime mover instead of it. Due to the development of modern electronic speed control devices, this method is not only suitable for large pumps, but also for medium and small pumps. For a wide range of speed change pumps, it is usually required to predict its performance. In this paper, the formula for calculating the return loss is derived and a new method for calculating the pump performance is proposed. At rated speed, various losses are determined by pump performance tests, and then various losses at other speeds are calculated. Performance tests were performed on three different specific speed pumps and compared with calculated values.
