平原区河流以其闸多、桥多、上下游闸门近为其一大特点。特别是近几年来随着水资源量的日渐贫乏,各闸门开闸放水时间越来越少,受下游闸门关闭的影响,致使上游来水流速过小,流量施测比较困难,且测验误差大,水位流量关系复杂,给其间的水量计算带来一定的难度。我们在实际工作中探求一种利用下游闸门以上至测验断面间的水位库容关系线,推求在下游关闸期间上游来水量的一种方法,具体步骤如下:
