Abstract：Fully building a well-off society，Comprehensively deepen reform，Fully governing the country according to law，Fully strict governance party，“Four Comprehensive” strategic layout is Xi Jinping as general secretary of the new central collective leadership standing history and the era height of building socialism with Chinese characteristics put forward the important concept of governance.Reflects the common wishes of the people of all ethnic groups in the country.It is an important manifestation of Marxism in China.Embodies the spiritual essence of Marxist philosophy.

Explore from the knowledge point of view of the Marxist connection concept.The goal of fully building a well-off society is inseparable from the overall deepening of reforms.General Secretary Xi clearly stated that deepening reform and opening up is a crucial step in determining the destiny of today’s China.This means building a moderately prosperous society，It has a very important role in comprehensively deepening reforms.In order to comprehensively deepen reforms，we must proceed in accordance with laws and regulations and China’s actual national conditions at the current stage to ensure the stability of reforms and development so that the entire Chinese community can move forward steadily and steadily in the deepening of reforms，so as to ensure the completion of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The premise of all this is to strictly administer the party and strengthen the leadership ability of the Communist Party of China.However，if the party wants to maintain its core position of leadership in China’s various undertakings，it must have the mental outlook of advancing with the times.This needs to be passed.We must administer the country in a comprehensive manner and comprehensively deepen reforms to continuously improve and improve the party’s leadership ability.The comprehensive and strict administration of the party is an inevitable requirement and a fundamental guarantee for deepening reforms，ruling the country according to law，and building a well-to-do society，smoothly advancing all tasks and achieving all goals smoothly.Only by strengthening anti-corruption efforts to strictly enforce party discipline and party discipline can the party’s leadership be safeguarded，and both the rule of law and the deepening of reforms can be easily promoted and developed.The ultimate goal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way can be completed.
