以氧化钙为固体催化剂,采用16.5kHz、25kHz、40kHz的超声强化玉米油与甲醇的酯交换反应。结果表明,与常规方法相比,达到同样的转化率,超声强化可使反应时间由300min减少至180min,催化剂用量由油脂质量的2%降至0.5%,超声参数(频率、声强)对酯交换反应有重要影响。在本文的试验条件下,频率低、声强高对反应有利。当催化剂用量为油脂质量0.5%,甲醇与油脂摩尔数之比为6∶1,温度65~66℃时,采用25kHz,0.46W/cm2的超声作用180min,酯交换转化率达97.2%~98.2%,且催化剂可重复使用。
Using calcium oxide as solid catalyst, the transesterification of corn oil and methanol was intensified by ultrasonic at 16.5kHz, 25kHz and 40kHz.
