“九五”开局启动,百业竞相奋发.四月一日至六日,’96全国电大教育工作会在风景如画的黄山脚下的中央电大培训中心隆重召开.国家教委成教司,国家教委电教委和中央电大的领导,与来自全国44所省级电大的代表会聚一堂,共商电大教育面向二十一世纪的改革与发展大计.这次会议的中心议题是如何更好地贯彻国家教委批转的《关于广播电视大学贯彻(中国教育改革和发展纲要)的意见》(以下简称《意见》,研究贯彻《意见》的若干重要问题,形成贯彻《意见》共识和合力,认清形势,明确任务,转变观念,落实措施,为到本世纪末至下世纪初实现电大教育发展的总目标而奋斗.
