当前,我国保险行业信息化正在向更深层次发展,正在由业务处理信息化开始向管理和决策分析信息化迈进,信息技术的作用由“保障、支撑”向“促进、引领”的方向发展。保险业高层不仅仅将IT视作企业重要资源,更将IT提升到关乎企业未来战略发展的高度。以平安科技为代表,中国一些保险企业正逐步在不同层次、范围内将IT人力资源集中、整合。我们看到一些企业将IT部门单独成立为一个法人公司运营;有的企业将整个IT人力资源全部上收到集团总部。将过去分散的IT人力资源逐步在集团范围内集中。在这个过程中,分化出两种不同的形式:一种是将IT人力资源单独从各家子公司内剥离出来,成为独立的法人公司;另一种将IT人力资源上收至集团,以集团事业部的形式存在。IT人力资源的整合是否是未来保险企业综合化经营的必然趋势?两种不同的整合模式存在哪些利弊?整合中又会遇到怎样的挑战?希望通过本期“对话”栏目,能够给读者提供一些思考和借鉴。
