在有效的 b型流感杆菌 ( Hib)结合菌苗问世后 ,临床实践推动了 Hib结合菌苗和婴儿DTP联合菌苗的研制 ,然而当这种联合菌苗含百日咳无细胞菌苗 ( Pa)时 ,抗 Hib抗体应答比分开接种时弱 ,从而对其效力产生怀疑。这种担忧是没有根据的 ,因为先前提出的 Hib多糖菌苗效力的血清学相关物似不适用于 Hib结合菌苗 ,而且研究显示 ,弱抗体应答与诱生抗体的功能减弱无关 ,亦与抗 Hib的免疫记忆产生无关。因此 ,在保持对 Hib病进行临床监测的条件下 ,鼓励应用 DTPa-Hib联合菌苗 ,以促进把 Hib菌苗纳入儿童免疫接种程序中
Following the advent of effective Hib conjugate vaccines, clinical practice has led to the development of a combination of Hib-binding and infant DTP vaccines, however, when this combined vaccine contains a B. pertussis cell-free vaccine (Pa) , The anti-Hib antibody response is weaker than if it were separately inoculated, doubting its efficacy. This concern is unfounded because of the previously proposed serological correlates of potency of Hib polysaccharide vaccine that appear to be unsuitable for use in Hib conjugate vaccines and studies have shown that weak antibody responses are not associated with diminished function of the induced antibody, Hib’s immune memory has nothing to do. Therefore, DTPa-Hib combination vaccines are encouraged to be used to facilitate the inclusion of Hib vaccines in childhood immunization programs while maintaining clinical monitoring of Hib disease
