在建设社会主义新农村的过程中,重视对农村生态环境的保护与治理尤为重要。农村出现的以水污染、土壤污染、空气污染和生活环境污染为主的生态环境污染,影响人与自然的和谐共存,严重制约农村经济的可持续发展。而社会资本对于农村生态环境治理与保护有明显的作用,由于社会资本的利用不当难免会带来一些问题。基于此,在详细分析社会资本利用过程中出现的问题和恶劣影响的基础上,提出合理利用社会资本来促进农村生态环境和谐的措施,以实现建设社会主义新农村的目标。
In the process of building a new socialist countryside, it is particularly important to attach importance to the protection and management of rural ecological environment. In rural areas, pollution of the environment, mainly water pollution, soil pollution, air pollution and living environment pollution, affects the harmonious coexistence of man and nature and seriously restricts the sustainable development of rural economy. However, social capital plays a significant role in the governance and protection of rural ecological environment. Some problems will inevitably arise due to inappropriate utilization of social capital. Based on this, on the basis of detailed analysis of the problems and bad influences in the utilization of social capital, measures are proposed to make rational use of social capital to promote the harmony of rural ecological environment in order to realize the goal of building a new socialist countryside.
