由中国岩石力学与工程学会岩石动力学专业委员会主办的“第二届全国岩石动力学学术会议”于1990年11月8日至14日在葛洲坝水电工程学院召开。共54名代表参加了会议。他们就本次会议交流的论文与国内外岩石动力学研究动态展开了热烈讨论。与会代表前往著名的三峡链子崖对崩滑体进行了实地考察,并对链子崖危岩整治方案进行了科技咨询。本次会议正式出版了论文选集,分岩石动态力学性质与本构关系,应力波传播与衰减规
The 2nd National Conference on Rock Dynamics, hosted by the China Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering Society of Rock Dynamics, was held at the Gezhouba Institute of Hydroelectric Engineering on November 8-14, 1990. A total of 54 delegates attended the meeting. They talked about the papers exchanged at this conference and the dynamics of rock dynamics at home and abroad. Delegates went to the famous Three Gorges Chain Cliff on the landslide body conducted a field visit, and Chain Cliff dangerous rock treatment program conducted a scientific and technological advice.
