用提纯的S.mutansMT6R(遗传Ⅰ型,血清c型)细胞表面蛋白P1加弗氏佐剂通过局部唾液腺和背部皮下注射免疫BALB/C鼠,得到含高效价民抗体的大鼠唾液。用含P1抗体的唾液包被羟磷灰石激珠(HA),观察含在唾液膜中的c型变链P1抗体对S.mutansMT6R和S.sobrinus6715在HA表面粘附的影响。结果发现唾液膜中的P1抗体可明显抑制S.mutansMT6R和S.so-brinus6715在HA表面的粘附(P<0.05),且抗体对这两种菌的粘附抑制作用无统计学差异(P>0.05)。提示P1抗体可以抑制S.mutans和S.sobrinus对牙面的粘附和定居.
Purified S. MutansMT6R (Genetic Type I, Serotype C) Cell Surface Protein P1 plus Freund's Adjuvant BALB / c mice were immunized subcutaneously with topical salivary gland and back to give rat saliva containing high titer antibody. Hydroxyapatite excite beads (HA) were coated with saliva containing the P1 antibody, and the c-chain variable P1 antibody pair S in the salivary membrane was observed. mutansMT6R and S. Effect of sobrinus6715 adhesion on HA surface. As a result, it was found that the P1 antibody in the salivary membrane significantly inhibited S. The adhesion of mutansMT6R and S.so-brinus6715 on the surface of HA was not significant (P> 0.05). Tip P1 antibody can inhibit S. mutans and S. sobrinus on the tooth surface adhesion and settlement.
