“十一五”期间,湖北省地矿局人才培养工作围绕以加强湖北省地质专业技术人才知识更新和能力提升为主线,以岗位培训和继续工程教育为基础,以加强职工教育与职业技术教育科学研究为载体,在地矿人才培养方面取得了显著成效。2010—2020年是湖北省地矿局加强地质工作,进行队伍结构调整,实现跨越式发展的重要战略时期,为了推动全局经济发展,创新人才培养方式,构建学习型地勘单位,该文章结合湖北省地矿局的实际,提出了人才培养工作的新思路。
