近年来同化激素的研究工作进展很快,归纳以往研究结果看来,都是以睾丸素结构加以改变,主要是对A环、B环及17位取代基进行改变,来寻找新的有效同化激素,已得到许多较为满意的药物。我们为了寻找新的同化激素药物以及探讨化学结构与生理活性关系,合成了一系列化合物,经初步动物试验表明,17α-甲基-雄烷-17β-醇有较好的同化作用,说明3位氧及Δ~4-双键不是同化作用所必需的。为了进一步考察化学结构与生理活性的关系,因此合成了以下四个系列未知和已知的3位酮基,羟基,去氧以及烷基羟基的衍生物:
In recent years, research work on assimilation hormones has progressed rapidly. It seems that the results of previous researches are all based on the changes of testosterone structure. The changes of A ring, B ring and 17 substituents are mainly to find new effective anabolic hormones , Has got many more satisfactory drugs. In order to search for new anabolic hormones and to explore the relationship between chemical structure and physiological activity, a series of compounds were synthesized. Preliminary animal experiments showed that 17α-methyl-androstane-17β-alcohol had good assimilation, indicating that 3 Oxygen and Δ 4-double bonds are not necessary for assimilation. In order to further investigate the relationship between chemical structure and physiological activity, the following four series of unknown and known keto, hydroxyl, deoxy and alkyl hydroxyl derivatives were synthesized:
