自从参加了潘海燕教授指导“自主生长式教师专业发展理论与实践研究”实验工作以后,我就努力让我的课堂教学往“自主生长课堂”上去靠,即在充分发挥学生主体作用的前提下,让教师在课堂上充分应用自己已有的教育思想,生成新的教育思想。我每天以自己的教育教学活动为思考对象,对自己的行为、决策及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析,把自己在教育教学实际工作中
