本文探讨了采用全密闭管道仪表自动控制工艺流程的采油作业的职业危害问题。石油采油作业的职业危害因素主要是噪声和有毒物质。噪声主要来源于运转的电动机 ,值班室噪声强度为 53~ 78分贝 (A) ,电机房噪声强度为 80~ 10 5分贝 (A) ,泵房噪声强度为 77~ 10 5分贝 (A)。有毒物质主要为石油气 ,石油气的主要成份是总烃 ,经测定 ,值班室、泵房的总烃平均含量为 66 7~ 135 4mg/m3,均符合国家卫生标准。经对职业性体检结果进行统计分析可见 ,化验工出现神衰症侯群和消化系统症状较明显 ,仪表工出现神衰症侯群的较明显 ,采油工出现消化系统症状的较明显 ,仪表工的白细胞计数明显的低于采油工和化验工的白细胞的计数。
