由中国水产学会主办的“全国池塘养鱼面临问题及对策”研讨会,1990年10月30日至11月2日在河北保定市召开,出席会议的代表有中国水产学会负责同志及各地科研、行政、技术和教育部门的论文作者共70余人。会议交流论文40余篇,与会代表在听取了各位作者的论文汇报之后,又分别就各个论题进行了充分的讨论。会议认为:过去十年来,我国池塘渔业取得了巨大的成绩,1988年与1978年比较,池塘养鱼面积扩大近1倍,总产量增长近6倍,基本缓解了城乡居民“吃鱼难”的问题。从1989年开始,由于经济环境变化,养鱼生产面临一些不利因素。这些因素主要是:(1)由于渔需物资价格上涨,使得生产成本上升,比较效益下
