最近,某些企业为了推销积压商品,遭到不法分子利用空白合同骗取大量物资。一个是福建省连江县黄歧渔工商供销经理部的两个采购员,用空白合同骗取安微省凤阳县城北乡社队企业白云石子五百吨、蚌埠某单位花生米价值四万元、四川某地货物价值十几万元;另一个是自称新疆建设兵团采购员许兆俊与南京新安服装厂签订了三十三万余元的服装合同,骗取服装价值
Recently, some companies have been exploiting blank contracts to defraud a lot of goods in order to promote the backlog of goods. One is the two purchasing staff of the Huangqi Fishery Industry Supply and Marketing Department of Lianjiang County, Fujian Province. They used a blank contract to defraud 500 tons of dolomite from the company’s Beibei Township Team in Fengyang County, Anhui Province, and RMB 40,000 in peanuts from a certain unit in Sichuan Province. The value of the goods in a certain place was worth more than 100,000 yuan; the other was a contract for a clothing company that claimed to be the contractor of the Xinjiang Construction Corps purchasing agent Xu Zhaojun and Nanjing Xin’an Garment Factory with a total value of more than 33 million yuan.
