本文分析了技能人才的工资和社会地位的影响因素、政府的角色及作用,剖析了技能人才收入和地位偏低的原因。提出:技能人才的工资和社会地位受多种因素影响,其中,最根本的是人力资本因素。要改变技能人才的社会待遇,关键在于提高职业教育和培训的质量,充分发挥技能人才主观能动性,增加自身人力资本。同时,政府要完善人才评价和晋升机制,健全劳动力市场。只有这样,职业教育吸引力才能从根本上得以扭转和提升。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of salaries and social status of skilled personnel, the role and role of government, and analyzes the reasons for the low income and status of skilled personnel. It is proposed that the wage and social status of skilled personnel are affected by many factors, among which the most fundamental factor is human capital. The key to changing the social treatment of skilled personnel is to improve the quality of vocational education and training, give full play to the subjective initiative of skilled personnel and increase their own human capital. At the same time, the government should improve the talent evaluation and promotion mechanism and improve the labor market. Only in this way, the attractiveness of vocational education can be fundamentally reversed and improved.
