编者按:多年来,人们对传媒的政治属性和经济属性谈论颇多,其实,除此之外,传媒还有与生俱来的文化属性,且因为国家在地域、历史、民族(种族)及经济、社会制度等方面存在差异,传媒由其文化属性而显现的文化特质时有天壤之别。本刊第八期、第十期分别辑录了关于欧洲及北美部分国家广播研究的文章,引起不少关注。在那些文章中,读者可以循着国别的不同而观察到广播传媒在文化上的色彩斑斓,可由此感受到欧美广播的社会
Editor’s note: For many years, people have talked a lot about the political and economic attributes of the media. In fact, in addition to this, there are inherent cultural attributes in the media, and because the state has different geographical, historical, ethnic (racial) Economic and social systems, there is a huge difference when it comes to the cultural characteristics of the media as manifested by its cultural attributes.
